QUALITY

All fabric used, including batting, is 100% cotton. All quilts are constructed using both machine stitching and hand stitching. Quilts can be machine washed on gentle with a mild detergent and dried on low heat. Quality is guranteed.

PAYMENT

The online store uses Clover to process credit cards, which accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All price are shown in USD. Payments are processed on a secure platform using SSL certificate.

DELIVERY

Once quilts are completed they will be shipped via the United States postal service, all items will be tracked and ensured. Tracking number will be supplied upon request.

RETURN POLICY

All items are non refundable as they are custom made. From time to time errors do occur, so should you encounter any problems with the final product, please send an email so we can find a solution.

PRIVACY

To process your order we need to collect your name, address, email address and phone number. For your security, we use Clover for processing payment so we don’t collect or retain credit or debit card details.  

We don’t pass on your information to outside parties other than that required for delivery.
